Homelessness Strategic Plan

In partnership with Citygate Associates, the City of Jurupa Valley is taking an important step toward addressing homelessness in our community by developing a comprehensive Homelessness Strategic Plan that will identify local needs, set clear goals, and outline actionable strategies to enhance services, strengthen coordination, and improve outcomes for our most vulnerable residents.

Homelessness Strategic Plan Community Meeting & Survey

As part of this effort, the City invited residents, stakeholders, and community partners to participate in a Community Meeting on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026. The meeting provided an opportunity for attendees to share perspectives, offer input, and engage in meaningful dialogue with neighbors and City representatives. The feedback gathered will play an important role in shaping the priorities and actionable steps within the strategic plan.

Community Survey

In addition to the Community Meeting, the City of Jurupa Valley launched a Community Survey to gather broader input from residents, service providers, business owners, and others who live or work in the community. The feedback collected through the survey will play a vital role in informing the strategies, goals, and recommendations included in the final plan. The survey has since closed, and the City sincerely thanks all those who took the time to participate.
