The City of Jurupa Valley has teamed up with GOGov to create an app that makes citizen communication simple! 

Download the My Jurupa Valley App on your Android or Apple phone and start reporting on any issues such as a pothole or abandoned shopping carts on your street today.

• Report problems including potholes, abandoned shopping carts, encampments, and other concerns
• Submit Service Requests
• Receive Notifications 
• And more.

To get started, simply download the My Jurupa Valley app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you've opened the app, select the "Submit a Service Request" button. From there, you can choose the type of request you want to submit, whether it's a pothole, a broken streetlight, or a missed trash pickup. 

You'll then be prompted to take a photo of the issue and provide a brief description. You can also use the app to track the status of your request and receive updates on when it will be addressed.
