Citywide Truck Route Planning
The Project aims to align City freight priorities, policies, and planning with state and federal legislation (e.g., AB 98 and SB 415) to balance logistics, industrial, warehousing, and residential land uses while minimizing freight impacts (e.g., noise, vibration, and pollution) to sensitive receptors. The Project aims to establish an updated Mobility Element and planning and design packages to accelerate improvements through targeted funding and implementation strategies.

Riverside Transmission Reliability Project
The City of Riverside, in conjunction with Southern California Edison (SCE), is in the process of moving forward with an upgrade of Riverside’s electrical public utility solely by proposing above ground high voltage transmission towers through most of our City of Jurupa Valley, with no regard for the significant physical, social, environmental, and economic impacts that this project will have on our City.
