The City of Jurupa Valley is pleased to announce the return of the Home Recognition Award Program! The City is now accepting nominations for homeowners who have made exemplary efforts in beautifying and preserving their home.  

 In order to be eligible for the Home Recognition Award Program, the home being selected must fit the following criteria:  

• Residence must be located within the City of Jurupa Valley
• Homeowner must reside in the home being nominated as their primary residence 
• Property must be a single family residence
• Residence must be free of any open code violations
• Residence must be properly permitted at the time on nomination 

 If you would like to nominate a home for the Home Recognition Award Program, please complete the nomination form at www.jurupavalley.org/593. Nominations can also be submitted in person at City Hall located at 8930 Limonite Ave., Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
