The SR-60 Pavement Rehabilitation Project will continue this weekend with week four, of seven weekends, of full directional closures of westbound SR-60 between the 60/91/215 Junction in Riverside and Interstate 15 (I-15) from Friday at 10:00 p.m. through Monday at 5:00 a.m. There are four remaining weekend closures of westbound SR-60. All lanes and ramps are closed during the directional closures. There will be no closures on the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend.
Motorists who are just passing through are advised to use State Route 91 (SR-91) and Interstate 10 (I-10) around the 60 Swarm as alternate routes to avoid delays. Local businesses are open during the project.
For the re-paving project; eastbound SR-60 nighttime lane and ramp closures will take place from Valley Way to the 60/91/215 Junction in Riverside. Closures will take place October 14 to October 18, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Westbound SR-60 nighttime lane and ramp closures will take place from the I-15 to Euclid Avenue from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
For the bridge replacement project; There are no closures for the bridge replacement project this week.
A traffic reconfiguration will occur on SR-60 west of I-15 for the duration of the project. Lanes will be available in each direction on SR-60 during the day.
