Public Safety Power Shutoff

Southern California Edison (SCE) has announced a Public Safety Power Shutoff that may affect Jurupa Valley on January 7and 8. Customers who may be impacted, including those on Critical Care and Medical Baseline programs, will receive notifications directly from SCE.

Additionally, the National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Advisory for our area. Here are some safety tips to keep in mind:

- Secure any outdoor items that could be affected by strong winds.

- Avoid using open flames or participating in activities that might start a fire.

- Drive cautiously and be vigilant for loose debris on the roads.

- If you encounter a downed power line, please call 911 immediately.
