CAL FIRE Riverside County [UPDATE 3:16 PM]: The fire is 30 acres and 50% contained. The forward rate of spread has been stopped. Crews will remain on-scene for several more hours to continue strengthening containment lines.
CAL FIRE Riverside County [UPDATE at 11:22 AM]: The Lotus FIRE (5800 Block of 28th Street) is approximately 15-20 acres, burning at a moderate rate of spread. There is no structure threat. Multiple air and ground resources are on scene. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
