The City is offering the Local Economic Assistance Program (LEAP) to small and micro-enterprise businesses in the community. The LEAP program is financed with Federal funds from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Eligible businesses have the opportunity to receive up to $10,000 in grant funds. To qualify, the business must either (a) hire or (b) retain at least one full-time employee within the low-moderate income bracket established by HUD.
