A. Approval of Agenda

PROJECT: Master Application No. 21281: Conditional Use Permit to legalize a 5,100 square-foot lumber yard and findings of exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15302 and 15303.
LOCATION: 5529 26th Street, Jurupa Valley, CA (APN: 178-102-009)
APPLICANT: Cedar Lumbar and Wood Products, LLC
RECOMMENDATION: By motion, adopt Resolution No. PC-2023-16 (1) approving Conditional Use Permit No. 21008; and (2) making findings of exemption pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15302 and 15303 to allow for the legalization of, and improvements related to, a 5,100 square-foot lumber yard on a 0.90-acre site at 5529 26th Street subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
