RECOMMENDATION: STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THIS ITEM BE TAKEN OFF THE CALENDAR AND BROUGHT BACK AT A FUTURE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S MEETING DATE DUE TO REQUIRED CHANGES TO THE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE.
