RECOMMENDATION: STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR APPROVE REVISED PERMIT NO. 1 TO SDP17113 (MA17250) TO REMOVE CONDITION NO. 27 SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL.
