  1. As a courtesy to those in attendance, we ask that cell phones be turned off or set to their silent mode and that you keep talking to a minimum so that all persons can hear the comments of the public and Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC). Please note that the permission of the Chair is required before speaking with anyone at the staff table or approaching the dais.
  2. A member of the public who wishes to speak under Public Comments must fill out a “Speaker Card” and submit it before the Chair calls for Public Comments. Each agenda item up will be open for public comments before taking action. Public comments on subjects that are not on the agenda can be made during the “Public Appearance/Comments” portion of the agenda.
  3. If you wish to address the Community Development Advisory Committee on a specific agenda item or during public comment, please fill out a speaker card and hand it to the Clerk with your name and address before the item is called so that we can call you to come to the podium for your comments. While listing your name and address is not required, it helps us to provide follow-up information to you if needed. Exhibits must be handed to the staff for distribution to the Committee.
  4. As a courtesy to others and to assure that each person wishing to be heard has an opportunity to speak, please limit your comments to 5 minutes.

That the Community Development Advisory Committee:

    1) Receive a staff report regarding the Public Service Grant application process;

         FEBRUARY 26, 2026, CDAC MEETING STAFF REPORT (PDF)

    2) Receive a presentation from each Public Service Grant applicant; and

That the Community Development Advisory Committee Finalize Funding Recommendations for Public Service Grant Applicants for the 2026-27 CDBG Program Year.
