With the approach of the 4th of July, residents are reminded that fireworks are prohibited in the City of Jurupa Valley under City adopted Riverside County ordinances. In an effort to strengthen relations between law enforcement, local businesses, and members of the community, the City of Jurupa Valley has begun a bike patrol pilot program in the Rubidoux neighborhood. As part of the program, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department provides bike patrol services along Mission Boulevard for two days a week. As of Friday, March 17, 2017, we have partially closed the eastbound lane on Bellegrave Avenue between Bain Street and Van Buren Boulevard due to a possible sinkhole forming. The lane will remain closed through the weekend.
